New FL law aims to stop street racing in its tracks

Starting July 1, 2019, a new Florida law makes it easier for law enforcement to arrest and prosecute illegal street racers. The law gives officers the ability to arrest someone they think may be street racing without a warrant, as long as there is probable cause, such as video evidence.
